This is a common wrist stretch called a bend back this stretch is done by making a high five formation and then grabbing your fingers and pulling back. This creates a strain on wrist that loosens it up allowing healing throughout your forearm and lower wrist.             

This stretch is called arm circles. This stretch is done by raising your arms to shoulder height, and then moving them in a forward circular motion and then repeating backwards and if you want to add an extra spin repeat again but in a bigger circular motion.

This stretch is called a left and right stretch. It is done by moving either your left or right arm over to your other side of the body, and then depending on what arm you are using rap your other arm around your arm you are using and then you hold.

This stretch is often called an over right and over left stretch. This stretch is done by extending either your left or right arm, and then depending on the arm you picked extending your back to the opposite of your body and holding for 10-20 sec. 

This stretch is called a hang. This is done by using either a pull-up bar or anything you can hang on and stay on the bar for 30-60 sec for advanced and 15-30 for normal

this is a towel stretch all you do is go into your kitchen or bathroom and put one hand above your head and the other at your waist behind your back and pull up with the hand on top and down with it on the bottom making a resistance between the towel. 

this stretch is when you put one head on your back and one above your head on your elbow and then hold for 10-30 seconds.

this is a stretch when you take your arm and move it at a 90-degree angle and move it back and forth and don't have to own a resistant band, but it is more effective. do it about 10-15 times back and forth.
